CLIMATE CHANGE:A Serious Global Issue

   EVERYTHING on earth can change because of different creative mind and irresponsible activity of man, and only change can be permanent.

 The average weather condition of earth is being changed- clearness and cleanliness of water, air, land and everything we used for daily life.

We need to act now

   One important thing that get our attention is taking a bath with our sweat because of the temperature of our surrounding in morning, afternoon, and even evening.

   Cant you notice some polluted resources such water? Although water is a renewable resource, it is finite. In past decades,the urbanization and increasing agricultural and industrial activities in Manila and other cities have polluted our water resource greatly.
Nowadays, reports show that the diversity of aquatic life is declining at a fast rate. many aquatic animals have become endangered species.

   In our country, we need clean water for drinking. also about one billion people depend on sea food as one of their main protein sources. Furthermore, ignorant and irresponsible people throw rubbish. this seriously pollutes many of our beaches, making them unsuitable for swimming, example the pasig river.

Not only water is being polluted, also air. because of irresponsible activities using technological materials such factories and industrialism cars and motorcycles, and etc. the smoke produced from those things maybe pollutants in air and can cause global warming, and make is as a global issue;if it will not be controlled to the hand of man, changes may affect our life and natural calamities may occur such acid rain.


In addition, the increasing number of population can greatly affect the condition of earth. Can't you feel the changes of temperature here on earth? If you can, those are evidences that will make you do something. Earth is the only planet that gives our necessities such water. If there were no water like in planet mars, could we still survive?

One of precious resource on earth is land, but people do not know how to care land wisely. This resource covered one fourth of earth's surface and it's where people get foods like grains, fruits, vegetables, and others.


There were reports that land here i9n our country are being sales to other countries and one shocking news is that the illegal; cutting of trees and kaingin is occurring nowadays even there is called Law.


If there were no trees in mountains, valleys and other kinds of land, different calamities may occur-Landslide. Because of needs of people, they become irresponsible to use resources. We should protect, conserve, care and use it wisely so that, next generation could have those things again.


If we will not act, who will? Could a plant, an animal, a tree do it? Be thankful that God created Earth and its resources for us to live happily and it should be ou turn to act and do the right and proper way on how to use materials and resources. Remember, God created us having highest creative mind.


We have to protect resources from being polluted, Think for the future not for own sake. Change the condition, bring back as what it was before. remember, climate change is a serious global issue of every country, not only Philippines is being affected but all of different mankind who lives here on earth.

ENGLISH proficiency for Digital Literacy

Technology greatly improved our society specially our standards in life. There are lot of inventions wherein some of them are commonly used nowadays.
Iam a learner who wanted to enhance my personality and the person who am I. Simple thing can change me without any valid reason. Sometimes we are afraid to get some new inventions because of ignorance. however, w can manipulate things with the use of our literacy which can help us to understand better what was inside of that gadget.

Modern works cope us to advance technology which could greatly influenced us for the new surrounding of the world. In human life, there is always thing we call, GADGET.

Literature can help us to be the best person for our future and that is to be with the cooperation of the Advanced technology.

I want to change myself .. c:

One thing, one event which changes us in our life.
I remember that I was a boy before who saw the beauty of nature and amazed of it but now, a teenager who changes my physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects in life.
In my schooling, I was amazed in our school and expect a lot to my beloved teachers who are our second parents in our second home, the school. I believed that nobody is perfect because all of us committed mistakes that it can take us in a better way to be a better person later or now.

People around us have a great impact in our personality. They are the one who helps us for the problems and challenges we faced in everyday. in every single minute we waste, we must realize some changes from a person. Think why.
After all the things came and faced before. I want to change all the negative attitudes I have now. But I cant promises to do it in one click only, I do it little by little until I reach the end or final such as reaching out my dreams in life. Iam a dreamer to change myself to a new who Iam. I will take it for my betterment for the future. can you help me to do so?

REFLECTION

Little hours to wait, before coming the new grading to start new lessons, start at zero and at starting point.

Second grading became a challenging chapter in life. learning some lessons and new discoveries such as tabs and its kind, HTML, and other things.


I did something great but I faced some difficulties and problems which affect my personality, and great and to do better next time.

However, there are always solution to any problem. I will do everything this next grading to amend my own, just believe in myself and in GOD who created me.

Find, Discover and Invent through Science Clubbing and Chemistry

          Almost everything in our daily life is related to science. In the morning the alarm clock wakes us up. We eat toast and drink milk for breakfast. Afterwards, we take bus, motorcycle,tricycle or any motor vehicle to go to school, and so on. We are using the products of scientific knowledge.
          Scientific knowledge is connected to science, science aims at finding out, discovering and inventing. With the rapid progress of science, the living standard of human beings is greatly improved.
          Our country is now celebrating the Science Month Celebration with its theme, "Chemergy: Chemistry and Science Clubbing in Synergy", which our country wants to concentrate on chemical activities of our mind within the use of chemical substances and the use of chemistry that will join together to make unique one product that could be useful in our country.
          If the chemistry will work alone, needs cannot fulfill, and if science will work alone too, needs may not fulfill too, such as the use of drugs lowers the rate of death from diseases throughout the world, the petroleum industry, making household appliances and many more.
          Joining the powers of chemistry and science may result the best product it could be like cars, cars need petroleum to manipulate it. Imagine how  life would be without these products. People have all knowledge, and that knowledge may use in the curiosity of a person in one thing that is related to science. Dealing with different things processed by chemical and physical methods are very useful. All things around you are made of scientific knowledge.
         Let us use our knowledge, let us find, discover and invent through Science Clubbing and Chemistry to cherish life with love of technology.

Sometimes, stubborn occurring, but you don’t mind that thing

You’re valuable, who teaches us to be responsible,

My teacher you’re the one, second parent in mind,

Having great attitude, a satisfying gratitude.

I call you hero, not because you have powers to do,

But the love, care and knowledge, things you truly gave,

That’s why, Teacher you’re hero, a thing to celebrate to,

That we dream everyday, to be professionals someday.

The Bliss of Having Modern Hero

                I found myself at the end of one corner of the universe, I might not know what Iam doing but I remember the memories in previous days specially the time when Iam in young age. I was a little boy before that when I heard the word ‘HERO’ first thing that comes in my mind is batman, superman, darna , etc. having ability to fly and anything that is impossible for real person in the world but those things are only fiction created by the art of our mind; however, is there a true and real person and ability to fly or anything that we may call a hero?

                Being a person, boy, student and lover, I consider my parents as my hero. Starting in the fertilization, in the womb and witness the beauty of the nature. Parents are always there to support, love, and care and understand us for all their souls, mind and heart for what we will do. They are our first teachers of ABC, 123 and good and right manners of being a person in this world.I LOVE YOU

                Every single minute, they always fulfill our needs and necessities. I may call them the light and post of my destiny in solving problems, challenges and trials in life. Concern, giving recommendations, and guide us always.

                I might not know, without my parents, I can’t make something if I will be independent in life from my condition nowadays. I believe that “No man is an island.’

                We change money if we lost, we can change a mirror if we broke it but we cant change our parents if they will be gone, there’s no other than them again.

                Suddenly, my mother called me up and saying my name, “ALVIN”. I found that we will eat now, my parents are he one who cooked our foods and surely my big tummy will fulfill with the love and foods that my parents will give to me. They found me in our corner thinking something that is too deep, they asked me but the only one I said is that, “THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU.” I hugged them so tight, I am very lucky to have them in my life. I feel the true essence of life with a very colorful environment with love, care and understanding.

Sayings Oust, we Need Action in!!!

State of the Nation Address of Pres. Benigno Simeon Aquino III had been delivered last July 25, 2011.  After some minutes of talking and delivering the message of his SONA, opinions of the society were spread out in the air such televisions, radios, newspapers and other things. For me, the message of the SONA of PNoy was not enough. Why? Did you not notice that PNoy didn’t talk about the issues and crisis of our country in terms of agriculture, farming, job and education, even though he used our National language at all? PNoy was standing in front to talk and deliver his accomplishments in our country for almost a year in the crown.

The issue about education, especially on K+12. Why it was declared? When there were lacks of classrooms to be use. He must focus on the betterment of the education, not to declare some protocols without funds to be use. Education can help our country to resplendent our standard life.

The issue about agriculture, farming and job. Why? Does PNoy don’t know that farmers are the backbone of our economy?  The issue related in increasing salary of the workers had not been yet taken an action. But the administration’s solution was to put June instead of July in taking the salary of the workers. Why? Does Pnoy could stop the aching of the stomach?

Almost Filipino agree to this statement,” Bakit si PNoy, binabatikos ang nakaraang administrasyon? Bakit hindi nalang niya pagtuonan ng pansin ang hinaing ng nakakarami para sa gayon ay maipunta niya tayo sa tuwid na landas gamit ang kawalan ng korapsyon.”

I was one of them who agree on that statement. Yes. It’s true. Why not PNoy focus on the programs and betterment of his administration. Why? Are you not aware to the issues of our country? For the problems that have not been yet solve?

Sometimes, we are angry on some statements of the leaders, we always say,”Kung  makapagsalita parang sino, pero sa sa gawa, wala kahit ni anino.”

Let us open our mind, open the door to the nightmare of reality in our country. Why not run to the brae and go up to the top of the knoll and shout,”MABUHAY!!! LET US WORK US A TEAM, NOT WORK FOR NOTHING; DO NOT LIVE FOR NOTHING BUT LIVE SOMETHING. CHANGE ALL THE ATTITUDES, MAKE NEGATIVE AS A POSITIVE BUT NOT MAKE POSITIVE AS THE NEGATIVE.”

SONA must not the basis. Does it is true or not? It’s only depend on the action of the leader. We don’t know where PNoy got his results just have to say something in his SONA. A thing that always reminds us in every SONA of a President,” SONA: Truth or a Lie?

Appropriate Nutrients Starts On You Mommy

          This July, the celebration of Nutrtion Month has been declared with its theme,” Isulong ang Breastfeeding, Tama ,Sapat at Ekslusibo.”

          For me, its good that July has benn choosen as the Nutrition Month because it is good for all students, workers, and others ready for work specially this academic year, but it will be better if this celebration is expanded within the whole year?

          This celebration was done to inform people to change their bad lifestyles and remember the good benefits of breastfeeding. Mothers are all adults who are told enough to make their own deecisions instead of being told what to do by other people but they must more inform too.

          Breastfeeding must do action today for the baby’s future, they might getmore nutrients from their mothers milk than those commercial botled milk or powdered milk which have many substances that may shorten lifespan of a person. This process is very important that’s why the DOH( Department of Health ) decided to amend and to expand to cover all areas in Philippines to use breastfeeding. If a mother wants to plan for her baby in the future, she must take note always of the health of her baby because a healthy person can enjoy his life, achieve longer lifespan, gain more friends in his company and specailly, achieve hios goals in life. To achieve all this things, all have started at new born baby, sometimes viruses and germs are just waiting out there and getting time to get into our bidy. So decide, bottled milk or mothers milk? Remember all are started at small.

          To resplendent own’s future, mother should always think for the goodness of her baby. If I were a baby, I don’t like to drink commercialed one. I will be like a batty which doesn’t savvy what it will be. Don’t forget, milk from breastfeeding is more important than others. Appropriate breastfeeding should a baby receive for a heathy mommy who will give. “ ang gatas ng aso ay para sa mga puppy, ang gatas ng baka ay para sa baka, at ang gatas ng ina ay para sa bata. PASENSYA! Hindi hayop ang bata para uminom ng gatas ng iba.”

CHANGE: Starts On You!

Dear  Sir President:

                Greetingss!

                Sir, recently your administration purposed a complete ban on smoking in public areas.

                For me, it is a good proposal that’s overdue, but willl it be better if the ban is expanded to cover all public areas?

                A complete ban will change smokers lifestyles, and eventhough many substances such as carbon monoxide, tar and nicotine in cigerette smoke are hazardous to their health, they are all adults who are told enough to make their own choices instead of being told what to do by other people.

                It seems that smokers are being discriminated against, but they may have made a lot of contributions to society-is the ban fair payment for their great contributions?

                On the other hand, if the ban is not enforced, its unfair for the non-smokers, who are forced to breathe in the poisonous smoke and face the same health risks. Don’t they have the right to breathe in a freshed air and avoid health risks, especially the restaurant staff who are working in a closed area filled with second-hand smoke.

                Even for pedestrians in the crowded streets, all they can do Is to cough and cover their noses with their hands.

                I can see no reason smokers should enjoy the right to harm others. Only non-smokers know how deeply it hurts. I often leave a restaurant without finishing my meal merely because I cant bear the second-hand smoke.

                Furthermore, smoking is just like drug abuse and is even more disgusting as it brings many side effects to others. It is undeniable that smiking is harmful to everyone, but many people are blind to their own faults. If  the total ban is enforced, it’s a chance for smokers to be considerate and take more time to lead a healthy life.

                Also, it prevents children from imitating smokers. So, will any sensible person disagree with this welcome ban?

                I hope Sir President for the change and also help and cooperation of your administration to enforced smoking ban.
